We collect personal information that you provide to us when you register for and use the SafalSchool AI ERP Student App.

With your school administration: Your school administrators may have access to your account information as they manage the school's ERP system.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide you with access to the App and your school's ERP system.

We will retain your personal information only for the duration that you maintain an active account with the SafalSchool AI ERP Student App. Upon account deletion request, your personal information will be removed from our active systems.

Account deletion can be requested by contacting your school administrator, who will approve and process the deletion request. Once approved, we will delete your personal information from our active systems.

5. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

Our App is designed for use by students, which may include minors under 18 years of age.

For users under 18 years of age, we require and assume that parental consent has been obtained by the school before providing access to the App. Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent for student users. We collect only the minimal information necessary (username, email for authentication, and device IDs) to provide the App's services to students. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18 without proper consent, please contact us at sales@safalschool.com.

6. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal information.

To request account deletion: Contact your school administrator to request deletion of your account. Once approved by your school administrator, we will delete your personal information from our active systems.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting your school administrator or reaching out to us directly.

7. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Our App does not track your browsing activities across third-party websites. We only collect the minimal information required for authentication and app functionality.

8. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws and to reflect any changes to our data practices.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Revised' date at the top of this privacy notice. 10. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

11. FEE PAYMENT COLLECTION

All fee payments are securely collected by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store any sensitive payment information.

We only store a simple purchase history for your reference, and all amount transfers are subjected to the school payment gateway.
